1 – Covers the correct preparation of
a customer’s bike to BS6102 Part 1 (1992)
and looks at all aspects of bike set-up

2 – Relates to the assembly, maintenance
and servicing of customer’s cycles in compliance
with manufacturer’s specifications

2 Wheel building – Covers the
construction of a 3 cross wheel from calculating
spoke length to dishing and spoke tension

servicing and set-up of hydraulic disc brake systems

high-end competition wheels like those produced
